Everything you need to grow your brand.

Press. Partnerships. Content. Community.

For creative businesses, lifestyle brands, and creators who are ready to stop guessing and start growing. A clear roadmap, month-by-month guidance, and a community doing the work alongside you.

About AYN

We get it. You’re building something you’re proud of. You know you need visibility to grow, but when it comes to getting in front of editors, partners, influencers, or your target audience, you’re not sure where to start.

The solution is not an expensive PR agency, or a one-time digital course, or DIY-ing your way through media outreach. What you need is a roadmap, ongoing guidance, and the right people in your corner doing the work alongside you.

That’s what All You Need is. A 12-month program and community for creative businesses, lifestyle brands, and creators in fashion, home, design, beauty, wellness, art, food, personal finance, real estate and more.

Over the course of a year, members go from feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, to having a clear plan, the confidence to pitch, and real momentum building in their business. They stop guessing and start showing up with direction, month by month, season by season.

How the Program Works

All You Need is built on three layers that work together: foundational lessons you work through at your own pace, monthly guidance that keeps you moving forward in real time, and quarterly planning sessions that help you step back and plan ahead.

Over 12 months, you’ll build a clear, repeatable approach to growing your business through PR, partnerships, and content. This is about creating lasting momentum for your business, not just landing one time wins.

Foundational Lessons

Work through at your own pace. Always available.

These are the core lessons that give you the knowledge and tools to grow your business through PR, partnerships, and content. Whether you’re brand new or have been in business for years, these lessons are designed to be revisited as your business evolves. They’re not tied to any specific month or season — they’re the fundamentals that make everything else work.

Monthly Guidance

Timely, seasonal, and actionable.

While the foundational lessons give you the knowledge, the monthly guidance keeps you in motion. Each month, you get a fresh checklist and lesson tied to what’s timely and relevant right now including seasonal pitch angles, content ideas, action items, and a focused topic to help you keep building.

What you receive every month:

  • Monthly Checklist - Your action items for the month: what to pitch, what to post, what to focus on, with seasonal pitch angles and content ideas.

  • Monthly Lesson - A focused lesson on a topic that’s relevant right now. Topics rotate across PR, content, brand-building, partnerships, social media, and planning.

  • Monthly PR Power Hour - A live Zoom session where Carla and Kathryn answer your questions, and give you guidance to keep moving forward. Recorded for replay.

  • Pitch Angles & Content Ideas - Seasonal short-lead and long-lead pitch angles, plus content ideas for your own channels. Updated every month so you always know what’s timely.

Quarterly Planning

Step back, look ahead, and plan the season.

Four times a year, Carla and Kathryn lead a guided planning session where you step back from the day-to-day and plan ahead. These sessions help you shift from reactive to proactive.

Hi! We’re Carla & Kathryn.

We created All You Need after spending decades in communications, media strategy, and brand development, working with startups and leading brands including Target, Gap, Williams-Sonoma, Nest, Mattel, Panasonic, Spindrift, Sweetgreen, Airbnb, and many more.

Over the years, we kept seeing the same gap: the opportunities available to grow a business have never been better, but the guidance on how to actually leverage them (how to pitch, how to build partnerships, how to show up strategically) hasn't kept up. Most of what's out there is out of reach financially (agencies), too surface-level (one-time courses), or completely DIY with no real support.

We built All You Need to fill that gap. We believe you don't have to build your business alone. The best part of what we do is watching our members go from 'I don't know where to start' to landing press coverage, negotiating influencer partnerships, posting consistently, and overall gaining the confidence to go after their goals.

We’d love to see it happen for you too!

Already the idea of having two easy content series has taken a lot of stress out of whole thing for us! I also sat down and worked out a calendar for our posts and wow - life changing! Thank you gals so much for all the help, insight and encouragement!!"
